Your last sentence IMO is absolutely spot on. Your first sentence IMO is absolutely incorrect. When the new CEO and Chairman were appointed a lot of posters on here lauded them as the great saviours of ADO. Many people invested in ADO on the strength of these appointments only to find after a few years that their investment coin is about 60 - 70 percent less. To be down up to 70% on any investment IMO is very relevant and rather sad depending on individual circumstances. The risk in punting on highly speculative shares such as ADO.
