Also, the directors didn't unanimously approve the terms of the last CR? I still don't know which directors went against David and Ewen but there's a good chance one of them was Geoff. Maybe the only one. He's probably the only director that really cares about shareholders. Remember when he was CEO and every month he put out a newsletter for shareholders. He actually ran the company the way a speccy ASX company should be run:
