    I've been wondering the same thing. But maybe this announcement is the answer.

    Going back to read the acquisition annoucement it talks of a late May general meeting for approval.

    Given the AGM announcement above, perhaps they'll do it all in the one meeting. In which case I'd guess we see the notice of meeting very early May (after director nominations deadline and any other AGM resolutions are finalised).
