Looks like some panic selling all U stocks, but that is normal, most investors short and long term do not like to see what was a reasonable profit dwindle to a loss. Best advise if you cannot stand the heat jump ship and buy lotto or something else.
The share trading investment game is exactly that, what goes up will come down, make a plan and stick to it, my experience over the past 5 years proves money can be made, but if yoiu lose your nerve youir dead.
