DATE OF AGM
Myer Holdings Limited (ASX:MYR) today advised that the Company’s 2020 Annual General Meeting will be
held on Thursday, 29 October 2020.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of directors. In accordance with Article 8.1(k) of the
Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for
election as a director is 26 August 2020.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5pm (Melbourne time) on
26 August 2020.
