Ann: Date of AGM, page-10

Hi Rob,
I am new to this board. From the post coming on this board we can see that the BOD are doing business only for their personal benefits. They do not consider other share holders. They have to answer for the inactivity from their part. The BOD is for a purpose. If they can not do their duty they have to exit and give way for others who can perform. Before buying this share i had a research on Stephen Bizzel. He had performed well in all his previous endeavours. What happened now no idea. Sometimes everyone needs a push.
Now I am taking the liberty to support you and anyone who can help overcome this difficulty.
I have more than 4.5 Mil shares. Please let me know what to do. As I am not familiar with board meetings etc.
