Boards AGM briefing:

- suspended over a 1year - don't provide updates to investors. Just say we don't know. Just blame a third party for the delay.
- Revenue - practically not much, but don't share that with investors. If they ask about salaries, just move on to the next question
- Share price value - just tell them we don't have influence on that and investments can go up and down. Dont point out that this has only gone done and is now practically worthless. well, we don't trade, so who gives a ...... probably a good things as otherwise we'd need to explain why we gone into administration ... laughing.
- Lack of investor uptakes - just say we had an IT glitch. Happens all they time and they will just accept it
