I don't see competing so much as an issue for the st more survival of a viable business. As Nikec points out debt nil plus making a profit at today's prices = survival and often will lead to business model improvements such as COP reduction and streamlining processes. When IO prices recover BCI will be sought after imo.
Who know's BCI may even diversify and/or expand more during these times as bargains come up on the market due to poor mgmt and high debt??
