The current Directors on their $600k a year, whom buy $10k of stock and get the rest for free, whom run the stock into the ground, whom is at war with the top shareholders, whom has spent millions upon millions in legal fees fighting losing battles in corrupt jurisdictions.... etc
Why don't us hotcopper community of aussie minority shareholders vote for a new direction where the CEO and the Board's interest are aligned - aligned with shareholder value not self interest.
