1. Why? You got nothing positive to say about the current board, how worse could it become as you are already convinced the current guys aren't able to run the show?

2. What is wrong with transparency, monthly sh updates and someone looking at the sales team performance?

3. I would be an active board member, not just there just get paid director fees.

4. I got some skin in the game here, would be a real invested director.

5. But should I be incompetent the board can always out vote me, no harm unless my vote at a board meeting would get a wrong decision over the line. But unlike you with your pre-set stubborn, inflexible mind set, I am open to constructive discussions and would always vote for what's in the best interest of IPD and us sh.

6. And the best part, as a director I would be restricted from posting here, Vote "YES" for Steini to get rid of me here, LOL

PS. First decision, asking the ASX to force Austins selling her / his shares to me, at a " punishing sp of 1c " due to constantly down talking the boards capabilities, LOL.
