and: i was just stating that it’s unusual, a majority shareholder doesn’t request a seat in the board. I mean if you wanna change something (e.g. SPEED, execution)
or maybe you jusz wanna participate with your homding and you don’t need a board.
or as a board you would habe to report more of your own actions to the public.
i don’t know the motivation. That’s why I said I am curious to know
