I’m sure you understood why I ask, I would find it difficult to think they would be happy with the current SP, or let alone a CR for half the price they paid. Not knowing when you/your crew made contact, was there anything in their response that would leave you to believe they are comfortable where things are currently at?
Not knowing what was in your letter, I can imagine their response was carefully written ensuring i’s dotted and t’s crossed. I’m sure your holdings are fairly substantial that would require a formal legal reply.
