I've been watching from the sidelines for awhile and will jump in when NdPr Oxide prices recover.
IMO they will likely slow play the project with the hopes of a recovery in prices. Their DFS was based on the following prices:
vs. the current pricing:
Just look at all the lithium and nickel mines currently being put on care and maintenance mode due to low pricing. I believe the project will get off the ground but a recovery in prices is required first
