Good objective response. While we may have different opinions, you've been able to clearly articulate your issues which is what the forum is all about.
As an aside on the JV, one of the key reasons why the terms were what they were is that Roadpost had an established distribution network in the largest market. That's what they brought to the JV. It's difficult, long and expensive to set one up by yourself and we didn't have the financial capacity to do so.
If you will recall, Roadpost even funded a loan to us for some of the Zoleo start up capital. I guess the thinking was that having 50% of a bigger business is better than having 100% of an underfunded smaller business. Obviously as Zoleo scaled, it didn't age well and the majority of the profits went to RP, which was unfortunate but just sharing the state of play at the time.
