Does anyone have access to the Canadian Lawyer network? Or perhaps knows someone that does? I've been trying to get the records access for the legal notes from the sitting between Roadpost Inc et al v Capocchi et al but am stopped by the paywall. When I try to register it actually does not let me to do that saying that they have reached maximum subscriber quota for the year.

There should a be quite a few details in the notes that may shed a bit more light on the situation and allow us to track progress of the proceedings.
@Access2020 thanks for the kind words, we definitely got a few problems unfolding, and yeah some calls were made back then that BCC should have not made as it presented a very poor value proposition for the BCC regarding the profit allocation of the JV.
