Beams strengths are the design and manufacture of satellite communication products. They haven’t really shown that sales and marketing are a strength, If they owned 100% of the JV there is no guarantee that Zoleo subscriptions will continue to grow at the same speed. Also competition from other products will ramp up.
I think that the best outcome for Beam would be to sell the Zoleo JV to a third party and then share the sale proceeds 50/50 with Roadpost.
