Yeah sad reality of this end of town, absolutely unsustainable wages considering how tiny this company is. How is this even remotely realistic that the SHs are paying close to 10% of the MC of the company just to fund salaries of the BOD. BOD that is not only costing dearly to the shareholders through wages (that would only be part of the problem) but are also actively participating in wealth destruction due to their errors of judgement (i.e. JV conditions of which they kept secret for a long time). Its been years since BCC had anything that even remotely constitutes a 'break', I feel like BCC really needs one soon.
