Mostly around the wage/award rates of the BOD compared to the rest of comparable micro cap players and how could Beam justify such wages that are not very linked to the SP-performance provided the history of mistakes around the JV terms fiasco (which is costing the business a pretty penny) and the general slumping SP of the stock, the 5 year performance is horrendous.

To summarise the key question are:

    1. Why would an investor allocate funds into BCC if there is no record of performance over time?
    2. Why would investors fund BOD's above benchmark/industry wages if there is no record of performance?
    3. When does the BOD/Management forecast that the BCC will start producing returns on the deployed capital? Specifically how / what will be the key catalysts to drive SP appreciation (arbitration completion does not count, as there is no certainty around the outcomes, despite what we are being told).
    4. When and how can investors access the growth plan and/or some degree of a milestone timeline that shows BCC's ability to maintain its relevancy and competitiveness in this dynamic market?

I leave you with this, as of next week (unless BCC rises above 0.300+ level within this week) BCC will trade at around -27% discount to where it was 5 years ago, if this is not a wake up call I am not sure what is:

It is important to reinforce our (shareholder) sentiment that stagnant companies do not deserve a spot in the market, either sell up and return the cash to the investors or demonstrate that BOD is working to 'earn their stay'. Shareholders are not into the business of volunteering their cash for years, we are here to see returns, this BOD appears to be forgetting that (whilst giving themselves pay rises).
