You are correct, however based on what is going on reading the document it is very clear that the inability to disclose material information of substance to the open market which may have an impact on pending legal motions leads me to think it is in the best interests of AVZ to be suspended. The only requirement to come out of suspension is to disclose all information to market - which the company can do once the ownership dispute is clarified within the two paths of mediation currently underway, or a pre-judgement outcome is reached.
