I am fully aware of the trading status of the business.

Of all stocks I work with, I put more effort into AVZ than any other. I have no concerns about the trading status of AVZ, but feel for those trapped that have external pressures needing them to exit.

My frustration stands with those that speak without fact, or ignore facts.

The ASX suspended AVZ as a result of their response to question 19 of the ASX aware letter dated 10 February 2023.

This Q&A stated as per the response on 11 April 2023:



So AVZ confirmed that it was unable to comply with continuous disclosure rules as information which would be required to be disclosed under ASX regulations were pertinent as evidence to determine ongoing discussions with stakeholders, ongoing non-state actors continuing besiegement and attempts to manipulate and acquire the project.

Please pick a fight with someone else, it will benefit the both of us.
