Having read the document, its silent on "retrospective" application of the "Standard"

So, with that in mind and the fact this standard has been "implemented" many many years down the track, at a time when the company has
legal proceedings aplenty and in suspension on the ASX.....

I wonder what "record keeping" there is pre - 27 July 2022, implementation, that would have made the current bribery register?
