Definitely I didn't intentionally leave the 1 cent, could be legit as mynamislee indicated, but the point is when SWF reports a 120K active accounts that are ready to trade, investors doen't really know how many of them falls such few cents category.
Honestly accounts without any holding should have minimum of 500 dollars to be considered as ready to trade.. as you can't place an order less than 500 for the first time.. but am sure this is not how SWF does the math!
