I doubt many would be silly enough to leave less than a few cents in the account. It's splitting hairs anyway given the inarguable growth in accounts overall (123,500 and growing) and assets under HIN.
At best your point is little more than a quibble. Given you only quoted 120,000 accounts in your post it's quite feasible that there are more than 120,000 of the 123,000+ accounts that fit your criteria anyway.
By the way, it's sitting up at 25c again so good luck
