saw that.. there's good reason for that;
1. Open markets was way over valued so no point in SWF correct.
2. There's the legal issue of whether a trading platform can own Openmarkets, whose client base would be its owner's competitor..
3. Interestingly, Superhero is steering clear of this deal. Does'nt sound like a loss.
