There aren't any real surprises with the DAU legal announcement as they were waiting for the resource upgrade and then they press the go button for action against VAN, makes one wonder what Billabong are going to do? regardless the underlying fundamentals of VAN are sound all VAN has to do is find a way forward to production and thats simply a matter of dollars when all is said and done.
Maybe VAN, DAU, LST and Billabong should sit down and form one big new company for all to start again and make a success of this mess, just a thought....call it 4CMining.
