Spot on Bugendore..did DAU really think VAN would shake in their boots from a Letter of Demand on a Mallesons letterhead? Did DAU really think VAN would have terminated the BTS if it wasn’t on a very strong legal footing? especially when VAN could just have easily extended the termination date as requested by DAU for 7th or 25th time... with no repercussion.
Please read all the Marymia reports published over the last 15 months K2 is a rounding error adjustment in Vango's future revenue stream. Thats why ASX had determined VAN's response DAU's demands to be NON 'Price Sensitive'.
Yep this will only get ugly for one party..paying Mallesons to issue a Letter of Demand is one thing - paying for a Supreme Court action is another.
So where are they going to get their funds to cover Credo, Ruby Plains, Zuleika and Mallesons not to mention directors’ salaries and overheads.?
oh yeah I forgot about DAU's 33% stake in Aurigin Australia Limited (AAL)...
