Nonsense.David Dicker is 71 years of age. He's been at it for a long time. Correct me if I'm wrong but he still holds circa 80 million shares.It's not as if the 8 million shares he sold were dumped on-market. Sold to individual "sophisticated" investor and/or institution.Clearly, the purchaser(s) see $8.10 per share an attractive transaction.
