i was really surprised that the bid is coming from South Africa.
their rand is under pressure and our dollar is looking strong....again contrary to the experts.
DJs has a marvellous property portfolio and this is the basis of my valuation.
It is the oldest dept store in the world , much older than Macys.
It is now quite unlikely to stay in Australian hands and more is the pity. our instos are so shortsighted.
