    the guy is getting the business for $1 at past history average eps of 25 cents more or less implies return in 4 to 5 years without reorganizing razor gang activities.
    too cheap, board will be giving the business away worth at least 6 years return implies a reasonable offer at least $3.60 to $4 a share
