    re: Ann: David Jones Response to Unsolicited ... I wouldn't suggest the chairman would be interested in short term SP moves - more likely it could be a fundie trying to look good for end of financial year. The timing is immaculate. I hope ASIC looks into this for market manipulation.

    If it is bogus it could be ripping off unit holders in this instance due to bonus payments etc.
