There are too many ex Leighton employees on the gravy train...

The big company mentality just isn't going to work in a highly competitive low margin environment.

They'd be better off getting talent from smaller and tightly run Tier 2/3 companies who know how to cut cost, reduce waste and improve efficiency and productivity. There won't be anyone with any association with Leighton that knows how to do that.
