Lots of good news for long suffering patients and SH in the announcement today.
My favourite bit (apart from the huge +ve of having Dr Stamler on board):
"Dr. Stamler’s appointment follows a detailed review of the pharmaceutical assets and strategy at Prana over the last 6 months..."
In other words, he's looked under the bonnet, figured it's a goer and decided it would be an excellent career move.
Not so favourite bit:
"In parallel, the company is exploring new options for PBT2 and building its pipeline..."
Good to see PBT2 is still on the table but I am hoping that my read-between-the-lines that suggests Prana needs new candidates to get back on track and PBT2 is all but abandoned in the clinic, is wrong.
