I agree, this sort of honest communication is rare in developer.
That being said, it is still disappointing overall, though, on my rough numbers, of sales of around 13k ounces, revenue will be around $30m. Which... will hopefully just tread water cost wise (I would take that as a great outcome for the quarter).

Interesting about the amount of assays waiting. 18,000 is crazy (whole industry must be facing the same issues).

I only had a smallish holding of OBM compared to my original investment, mainly because I prefer holding proven producers who are able to mitigate the staffing issues more effectively, than an up and comer like OBM.

I wonder at what point OBM becomes a logical bolt on acquisition for a proven producer.... perhaps still too risky, but.. even day OBM keep producing and fixing the teething problems, the risk lessens.

Have to change my sentiment to hold, at least for the short term.
