I am not surprised at the result as I am sure most of us here were anticipating a success. What I am surprised is that why is it taking them so long towards a pre-BLA meeting with the FDA ( next few month). It should be arranged tomorrow. Bearing in mind that patients with Grade C/D disease and failure to respond to steroids has been only 10-30% and the Overall Response for the entire group was 69%, which is most encouraging, this treatment should be used as first line treatment immediately and further increase the survival rate.
