IMO we have not yet seen a potential partner remotely near the caliber required for this science. No doubt the problem with the those we HAVE seen would have been greed. We have the science, they are the delivery boys. If and when the right candidates come it will need to be with the right attitude.
On another note, the further time goes I think that a takeover move of some kind will target Silviu's massive holding. There seem to be many s/h who think he could never contemplate giving up full control of his baby. History says different - when the elephants start breaking the fences the impossible could become very possible. I am still with Raffa in the $100 Club when all the numbers roll up and the science really goes off.
