I think it's too early to state that because we're only starting to begin acceleration of acquiring patients outside of the CoEs and that most patients exist outside that system. Diagnosis improving with genetic testing and awareness combined with the fact most patients haven't yet tried Daybue yet combined with the more stable cohort (who have been on drug a longer time) would suggest to me that $600m~ in the USA alone is a pretty conserative estimate over the next few years (let's say within 3-4 years for peak). The EU is a larger market but with lower pricing so it's safe to assume (IMO) that $400m USD~ could be made up from the entire EU + Japan over the next 4-5 years to take us to that 1bn figure eventually.
