The EU is a larger market but with lower pricing so it's safe to assume (IMO) that $400m USD~ could be made up from the entire EU + Japan over the next 4-5 years to take us to that 1bn figure eventually.

just to add to your comment. Acadia mentioned that the Q1 patient number increase is before the additional 30% field staff in place which suggests further increases from here
