I can see that there may be another period of consolidation and support until the next milestone / announcement, but today represents the start of recurring revenue and real value to those who have waited for years for this life changing treatment.

i dont see any reason to "dump" or sell. If anything, long term holders might choose to manage risk due to their (now) large NEU holdings, which they have every right to do and may even feel some hesitation in doing so...
