Hey mate, EXR was on my watchlist for some time but I didn't seriously start looking into it until I coincidentally discovered a few tibits of information about 4 weeks ago as a result of my research into other parties related to EXR.
I've had a strong interest in anything oil and gas in Australia for years and believe we're in a very productive part of the cycle moving forward given the political and economic incentives.
Energy stocks are a must hold in my opinion.
