Mmmm...good one @DutchDelight - not sure what planet you live on, but here on Earth there is NO WAY Neil would accept an offer for EXR below $82mill now.
Way too much to play for- the rewards could be eye watering.
He didn't spend 11+ years "fluffing around" in Mongolia just to get to the starting point of scratching the surface of a potential monster.
Additionally- Grandis may have more resource than initially suspected.
The only risk is an agitating party amassing enough shares to trigger a hostile T/O.
No one yet has that sort of share base to leverage.
If you bothered to check the Top 20 holdings thread- you'd see that.
