This strikes me as a huge find, the problem is that folks are just not seeing it that way. It's even a find in an area with infrastructure already established and that makes a lot of difference where valuation is concerned. It's the type of discovery you need not have sleepless nights over.
Every forecast got beaten by the actual result. Come on folks , what's there not to like about the discovery? The earlier you start buying the better, this is good medium or long term for your wealth!
