100% agree you don't want to be left needing cash and at the mercy of instos terms. I find it suprising given this was coined as the most impactful drill in EXRs history that Neil didnt allow the news to sell itself before another CR. You may be spot on that things are moving so fast that funds are needed now and not in the 1Q of 24. It is really the only explination as to why.
