Its net pay is tight gas and poor permeability and porosity. The net pay looks big because it’s gas that’s stuck within the rock and can’t flow over a big area. It’s not a resource
The asset was always rubbish. They have a 20 percent discount on raise that’s how bad the asset is
Also the little gas they found at the bottom that apparently flowed they have no idea how much it flows or how large it is and have not given a net pay because that would be insignificant (less than a meter)
