because if he announced the net pay for the free gas zone was less than a meter and came out to announce 156m net zone for the other rubbish resource which the 0.39TCF is spread over 156m so needs dozens of well to even have access to this gas which Is uneconomically viable the SP would have been crunched. But his playing this the smart way but in the end the SP will still be smashed in the weeks ahead
