Well certainly not the flow test result I/we were looking for and one that clearly hasn’t pleased the market, although it seems that the testing didn’t have the smooth transition that would be optimal.Lessons learnt I’m sure.

Kudos to Neil for fronting up to his regular interviews post an announcement.

Personally I feel for Neil and the team as in my opinion they have had to overcome some challenging circumstances with contractors, equipment and of course budget, which is common place for juniors like Elixir.

I messaged Neil today mainly for a show of support even when things don’t seem to be going well and I valued his reply on what I’m sure was a very busy and tough day at the office.

Elixir have this year demonstrated that there is a huge amount of gas in Grandis by undertaking this APPRAISAL well.

Then there is also our neighbours whom are actively pursuing their plays with alternative techniques and budgets.

This gas is undeniably required, so along with our partner(when announced) we will use the data obtained from DD2 to optimise well design and production techniques for DD3 and future wells to enhance this play.

I’m not going anywhere!
