    We appraised and that's all we were supposed to do.
    Ok, i get it.
    I do love the positive spin by some, but we are now left with bugger all cash and a pretty poor position to bargain from. These so called partners waiting in the wings will now be predators and they wont feel sorry for us and may play the long game (Neil said as much) until we run out of money and are 3 cents.
    No way Neil could convince anyone else to throw cash in via another CR.
    Its a disaster.
