I exited a month ago because I felt things were not right about this well. It didn't make sense commingling a overpressured conventional reservoir (the Lorelle) with the tight unconventional sands and coals, and EXR never mentioned that they had blanked-off the Lorelle to observe the true potential of the unconventional zones.

The best method of evaluating the potential of the coals is to consider a high angle deviated well or horizontal well with say 40 frac stages each containing about 4 fracs per stage, and I think it ought to be possible to achieve at least 10 mmscfd.

There is still potentially good news from Nomgon, which will hopefully provide a lifeline for funding future Taroom Trough appraisal wells.
