The announcement would not have been released if it were just our opinion
The assumptions have been vetted and approved by industry expert peers- both commercial and technical- external to EXR- that deem it reasonable- as per the announcement
And....now this is just IMO- I reckon the assumptions are fairly conservative- sufficient to be labelled reasonable to therefore meet ASX compliance, but I think will improve with the next 5 stages of stimmy (that's my lay opinion)
