The board in junior exploration companies usually have "skin in the game" which is positive, but they will look after their interests which may differ from the SH. A lot of their shares are free carry for in kind contribution and its not direct cash out and usually position themselves so even if the price is half what we all think they do more than ok out of it.
Keep an open mind and do not get drawn in by the positive and negative ramping thats posted, or for that matter interview videos which are scripted to a particular narrative.
