He is also bound by ASX rules which do limit him being able to publicly declare things which he has no proof of or have bwen certified. Of course plenty ush the limits on that and he probably does soemtime too. But he seems to me to be acutely aware of the listing and declaration rules and he knows what to not say. In ny opinion.
